What is your return policy?

Effective since COVID-19 - For the safety of all our customers, all items purchased are final sale. We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any items.

 

This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes.

 

If your product was damaged, we will exchange the item for a non-damaged unit. If we are unable to offer a replacement, we will issue a refund.

All orders EXCEPT digital downloads will be processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping time will be and additional 2-3 days for U.S. packages.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIME FRAME:

 

3-5 PROCESSING DAYS + 10-30 DAYS 

 

Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery

I have opened the product and used it once. Can I return it?

Due to sanitary reasons - Used or opened item*  products cannot be returned.
